Now here’s an interesting one and for those who didn’t know Jimi had ever jammed extensively with the members of the Paul Butterfield Blues band an essential addition to your James Marshall collection. (I know the problem is he would set up and play or just jam with anyone early on and so this is a doozie!

It also behoves (it’s a word!) me to mention that as the Boss at HQ over at the Wagon points out if at first you ask for an item to be re-upped and you don’t hear anything dropping him a [polite] reminder and he’ll get right on it . . .as in here

    Ironically just finished reading yesterday a really good book by Sharon Lawrence (one his friends). https://www.amazon.co.uk/Jimi-Hendrix-Intimate-Betrayed-Musical/dp/006056301X
    Quite sad how it all turned out after his death. I didn't realise all his family were after a slice of the cake. I read somewhere he still shifts $2m of related stuff/year. Amazing. Cheers neighbour DD
