These are the tape machines used by Brian Eno for his recording 'Discreet Music' in the 1970's. Brian was always a profound influence upon me and thanks to my tutor at Leicester Polythechnic Art Depart where I did my degree, the composer Gavin Bryars, we were able to have visiting lectures by Brian and others like Michael Nyman. I followed the work of all three ever since . . . . .
