SAD NEWS
Saddened to hear of the death of Depeche Mode keyboard player Andy Fletcher suddenly and seemingly from natural causes aged only 60.
I was never a huge fan I must admit but appreciated them and to hear the driving force and signature keyboardist has died suddenly is terribly sad. Our thoughts go out to his family the band and all family and friends

Andrew John Leonard Fletcher (Nottingham, July 8, 1961 - London, May 26, 2022) British bassist, keyboardist and record producer known for being a founding member of Depeche Mode.He was born in Nottingham but grew up in Basildon, Essex, where as children he played with Martin Gore at school. In 1976 he formed a duet with Vince Clarke called No Romance in China, having achieved nothing, later Clarke formed precisely with Martin Gore a new group called French Look which he rejoined in 1979 to form the trio Composition of Sound that, shortly after , with the entry of singer David Gahan, changed its name to Depeche Mode.Andrew Fletcher participated in all Depeche Mode albums.
