ReplyDeleteOnce went to the Rollright Stones in the middle of the night.........
Never knew it was near the famous"cottage"
We pop up quite often and took my granddaughter fairly recently. One of my favourite places and my granddaughter and her Dad went up the White Horse and helped with the restoration recently. It's in the blood I reckon . . . . . . love those ancient sites! The cottage was nearby and though Steve used his money from the Spencer Davis group to buy it it wasn’t really very grand, bit run down but in walking distance
ReplyDeleteThanks for dropping by Dave
Always welcome
