Here’s a clip of Ian Dury and the Blockheads performing ‘My Old Man’ (New Boots and Panties!!/Stiff Records/1977), on German music TV show Live at Rockpalast 1978. For the show, the band played every track on New Boots & Panties!!, plus ‘You’re More Than Fair,’ ‘Upminster Kid,’ ‘What a Waste’ and ‘I Made Mary Cry.’  On stage with Ian are original Blockheads Charlie, Davey, Johnny, Mick, Norman, and, briefly, minder Fred Rowe.
