FOREVER CHANGES

ARTHUR LEE & LOVE

Moreagain . . . . . . . .'Forever Changes' I bought when it came out and also an album regularly in my top THREE . . . .  I know!) and a profound influence upon me. Arthur toured with a fine backing band when released from prison in 2001 and I had tickets to see him with Baby Lemonade at the Zodiac here in Oxford UK in 2005 but he was taken ill and didn't make it . . . . . so sad, a mercurial difficult curmudgeonly poet who was sentenced to 12 years for discharging a weapon in a public place and under the three strikes and your sent down farce in the American judicial system he served 5 and half years and when he came out toured the world pretty much only to be taken by leukaemia. Allegedly the man who introduced Jimi Hendrix to heroin he remained a profound influence upon many of us alongside the fellow poet and singer Bryan MacClean, and fellow band members Snoopy Pfisterer, Johnny Echolls, Ken Forssi and David Angel arranging the orchestra and Neil Young arranging (allegedly) the music of 'The Daily Planet'
