This performance comes from Radio City Music Hall in New York and was aired on tv on 6th February 1992.

Many great artists joined Dylan on stage, including Chrissie Hynde (guitar & harmony vocals), Carole King (piano), Jim Keltner (drums) and Emmylou Harris, Mavis Staples, Rosanne Cash (all background vocals)”. 

no mention here as Letterman himself does of Michelle Shocked AND Nanci Griffith! Shameful really
