Now THIS is the band I saw play Leicester Poly in the early seventies (pre 73 for sure 71/72?) and a jolly good time was had by all, hitchhiking all the way to sunny Leics and Rod introduced the Faces as "Ladies and Gentlemen Matteus Rosé Ltd” and introducing his glorious Macca cover ‘Here’s a number you may not know it and if you don’t know it I really don’t know where ya bin!?! “ Maybe I’m Amazed . . . . . we were very drunk!
