THE HOLLIES : He Ain’t Heavy | Top Hat Crew’s “Live Music Archives"

Start the Sunday with this one dedicated to my brother Steve who passed away this day some 37 years ago . . . . . .

He Ain’t Heavy He’s My Brother - The Hollies

for my brother . . . . . . . . he carried me for the longest time, there was nothing he wouldn’t do for me and I often felt I would, or should have, felt like an encumbrance but he never complained. I miss him

Dickie and David (Attenborough)

I dedicate today's post to brothers everywhere. On this the anniversary of my brother's passing.

It is 37 years since he passed away and I miss him every day.

He was my older brother and someone who I always relied upon.

He was the sensible one and the person I always went to for advice and help.

There was nothing he wouldn't do for me and I probably took advantage of that.

To me he was always like a mighty tree and I thought of course he would always be there

I share this with my family and especially his children, Iain and Helen and his wife Sheila Swapp

Not a day goes by . . . .
