Dr. John - Ebbets Field, Denver, CO, 9-25-1974 | More from Ebbets Field via ALBUMS THAT SHOULD EXIST

Dr. John - Ebbets Field, Denver, CO, 9-25-1974

Paul says: Here is another great Ebbets Field radio broadcast. This one stars New Orleans legend Dr. John in 1974.

In April 1974, Dr. John released the album “Desitively Bonnaroo.” This was from the tour supporting that album.

The music here is unreleased. The sound quality is excellent.

Tried to post some live Gris Gris the other day for the Don’t Tunes post about Ma getting the album past Ahmet Ertegun but it is hard to find anything that isn’t a total shambles. There is a double track playable but sadly the YouTube poster has made it unshakeable check it out here . . . . Gris Gris Gumbo Ya Ya / Craney Crow

we also posted a link on the Don’s Tunes page to the full album which is available over on the Tube here . . . . .
