Let's start the week with this . . . . . . . .bought 'Before the Flood' when it came out and as live albums go it set a standard that I thought was staggering at the time. Not least because of the performances as clearly Bob was angry . . . . . . . 'Most Likely . . . ' the opener on the this album stands as the best version ever recorded and I play it if I am feeling really especially angry . . . . . . . it helps. Musical art as therapy  . . . . here the defining version of 'It's Alright Ma . . . " it's almost breathtaking
