He's right I think of it still as a really modern version of Dylan iterations, still very much a recent Bob Dylan album and it is twenty years old! So contemporary and pertinent it addresses much of the 21st century malaise I think and is still a total scorcher of an album. Lists always right up there amongst my favourites
