Radiohead - High and Dry, one of the songs the band played on their 2 Meter Session, Filmed on February 27, 1995.

 There's a tale to tell here. . . . . .

so walking through Oxford after meeting my old boss and mentor from the Ley Community  where I worked, Dave Vanderhoven, and  I had just left him and walked back through the town centre to get to my scooter when . . . . .

I spotted Thom Yorke who often can be seen walking around the town centre and frequenting the local central shops (Marks & Sparks since you ask! go and he also regally came into my Blackwell Art Shop - interesting taste in art as you might imagine) and the busker ahead of us spots and him and started playing this song . . . . its took me a little while to clock it but I swear as Thom overtook me in the Cornmarket you could see his body language change to that of a smile! . . . . . . it was High & Dry! Clever!       Funny! He did a real passable version of it too! Imagine if it had been crap!?     It wasn’t!

Imagine walking the streets of your home town and hearing a busker sing one of your songs!?!
