The Inspiration: Bob Dylan stated that he decided to put her in the song after seeing her perform at the Grammy Awards, remarking to himself that there was "nothing about that girl I don't like.”
This apparently totally creeped her out but heck I'd take being mentioned in a Bob Dylan song ANY DAY of the week?!
