THEA GILMORE
Missed mentioning a great post from Big O yesterday and have enjoyed the work of Thea Gilmore for a while now. Introduced by my friend Robert we went and saw her locally some years ago now and I was blown away as they say. She is frankly a peerless unique voice and a songwriting mindset that reinvents the protest song and then some. Married now with children, she grew up in a neighbouring village (Steeple Aston anyone!?) and has been going for some twenty years now with a new album (her 15th!) out now The CounterweightThea Gilmore - Live in Germany 2018
