First I too have heard of this one. Hhhhmmm. Will have a listen and think about it. Cheers Andy. DD
Hmmm listened twice now and am still not convinced . . . . .will ask an expert!
I have come across this before...check out the Youtube link Two Great Experiences
I checked and can’t find anything with that heading, Dell. Any chance of a link? There is a set featuring Jimi and Mack but it says 1971 that I may post in the next days which sort of makes more sense but can’t find a source for this set - I have asked the Doc THC at HeavyBootz if he has any more info

Thanks Dell, Helpful. Yet it raises more questions than answers somehow! We now seem to have three separate recordings!! The set from ‘1971' I posted earlier but appears the same as the YouTube vid you list and has the published date (1965) and the liner notes are very interesting yet still no Carlos Santana of course as per Dr THC had thought. Who has been in touch and has no further info sadly. Noteworthy from any version there are NO photos of them together or in studio, there is not formal account of this from anyone but Youngblood and Gail Mitchell it would seem. And of course the tracks vary totally between the Youtube and Discogs versions! One with ten and the other with 18! And the Dr THC's version is completely different track listings with 11 tracks. Still doubtful and the some tracks here on the YouTube version have no discernible guitar!! Weird!
