William "Casey Bill" Weldon (1901/1909 – September 28, 1972) was an influential American country blues musician and slide guitarist renowned for his innovative instrumental style.
He was best known as the "Hawaiian Guitar Wizard" because he played a steel resonator guitar flat on his lap using a slide, a technique that deeply shaped the early development of Chicago blues.
