Singles bought when they came out continues and this is a treat and has become an almost UK Songbook classic pop song largely because of the towering voice of Eddi Reader of whom Annie Lennox said she had the best voice in the country at that time (some statement from someone who it was/is largely agreed had the best voice in pop at this or any other time! - so much so that Annie used Eddi as back up singer for her many singles. . . . . .
