This is great fun and a fine quality FLAC rip by our friend over at the Wagon draftervoi! Kirsty’s terrible death is a continuing tragic loss of one of our great singers and writers (ask Billy) and this is a joyous appearance on Nicky Campbells radio show on Aunty Beeb. Appearing at first on the French & Saunders’ Comedy show as a guests singer every week, Kirsty gradually learned to manage her crippling stage freight thanks to their support and went on to tour extensively, the early nineties being her busiest time before her untimely death in 2000 whilst on holiday in Cozumel, Mexico with her children and then boyfriend, James Night. It is now largely understood she died protecting her son (15) from the path of a powerboat which rode over her causing instantaneous death from her catastrophic injuries. A mother will do that . . . . . . .
