What better way to start the day after learning we had hit SIX MILLION hits!? than with my main man |John Prine - Capitol Theater, Port Chester, NY, 4-12-2019 | ALBUMS THAT SHOULD EXIST

John Prine - Capitol Theater, Port Chester, NY, 4-12-2019

Paul says: Here is a concert starring singer-songwriter John Prine. It is part of the April 2026 week of dozens of soundboard recordings from the Capitol Theater in Port Chester, New York. So the sound quality is excellent.

Prine's music career began with his debut album in 1971. This concert took place near the end of his career. He released the studio album "The Tree of Forgiveness" in 2018. But it would turn out to be the last album released in his lifetime, because he died in April 2020 due to health issues related to the Covid pandemic.

In the leak I mentioned above, Nearly all of the recordings were a single audio or video file in mono. That was the case with this one. I converted the video file to audio, then broke it into individual mp3's.

This album is two hours and 13 minutes long.
