Ronnie said she was treated like an employee but she always thought of herself as an artist. This I remember, she said, “that’s why I think I’m still alive – to say we girls have to stick up for ourselves.”
We’ll miss Ronnie Spector, the best of the very best.
For every kiss you gave her, she gave you three. RIP.
