The delightful Beth Ditto of band Gossip was on Sunday Brunch (a morning TV show here in the UK that I enjoy very much) and she was at once witty sharp, lovely, very, very funny and a good mimic for British accents ( not every American from Arkansas can do Liverpool [Scouse] and Birmingham [Brummie] but she can! She seemed very taken with former fellow punk Chris Packham!
Love her!
N.B.marginally disappointed that they appeared to mime to backing tracks at the end music spot as most folk do it live and are all the more fascinating for doing that but hey . . . to make up for it they showed a clip from the BBC Radio 6 Festival of the band doing her single Real Power but I couldn't find it and so there is THIS!
