PLAINSONG - RADIO LADY - ROUTE publishers

Some entries this morning from my favourite current music publisher of books thereon (therein?) somewhere about  . . . .this from Plainsong

 . . . . . . . . Andy Roberts, Iain Matthews and Tim Renwick at Taverne de L’Olympia, 30th June 1971.
This was only the second time Andy Roberts and Iain Matthews had played live together. The first was just three days previously at the Reading Festival. These shows were considered ‘warm-up’ shows for a forthcoming US tour, where Andy and Iain were joined by Richard Thompson on guitar and dulcimer; and their driver, Bobby Ronga, stepped in voluntarily on bass. Three months later Iain, Andy and Bobby were joined by David Richards and Plainsong was formed. Read all about it in In Search of Plainsong by Ian Clayton.
