Gene Clark - Train Leaves Here This Morning (Vers. 1&2) (1974) | Guess I’m Dumb
Train Leaves Here This Morning (Version 2 2019 Remaster)
Gene Clark - Train Leaves Here This Morning (Vers. 2) (1974)
Gene Clark revisited this song while recording No Other. It’s a bit slower and has less of the bluegrass feel than the Dillard & Clark original. I won’t comment on the Eagles cover, but I will point it out the perplexing first line.
I lost ten points just for being in the right place at exactly the wrong time
