LOU REED - CONEY ISLAND BABY
in the continuing Saga of sounds bought when they came out and Coney Island is way up there in fun factors. I was at Art School in Leicester and loved playing this album when it came out and especially as I recall with great happiness for college friends like Charlie Brown and his girlfriend Annette who we used to crank this one up for. Played on my old valve stereo above the shops in the Belgrave Road really LOUD!This one's for you Charlie!
