Classic pop songs of all time . . . . . . .

Hornsby is really interesting and plays the piano like I wish I could . . . . . . . this song the 'Way It Is' is close to a one hit wonder but whilst to may be his one major pop hit and it caught the zeitgeist touching on politics from homelessness racism to political activism of civil rights issues, heck it was even sailed by Tupac!  He went on to perform with The Grateful Dead for a couple of years and had success as keyboard player with them and other incarnations of an extraordinary eclecticism and seems he can turn his hand to everything from country (Ricky Skaggs) to hard rock (The Dead), jazz (Jack De Johnette) and contemporary sounds today with the likes of Bon Iver and has played with Bob Dylan. Yet he seems destined to be remember for this song above all others . . . . .
