MO’ BADFINGER
Nearly missed this one from brother Rocket over at Hear Rock City again and this is a treat for Badfinger fans and the real source of the supposedly officially released disaster ‘Day After Day:Live’ remixed and messed up by guitarist Joey Molland for reasons best known to himself and without consulting anyone else but this being the original source concert it is ‘live' and sounds it but actually is a really listenable set, occasional adjustments, vocal weakness at times, stray feedback and balance issues but over all it is superb and really interesting in this largely forgotten band’s oeuvre who tragically never hit the heights they deserved largely due to mismanagement on a global scale.
