Truly a Great British Artist from the 60s through to present day - Has left a remarkable CatLog of work of memories - Shall be missed.
Indeed Dell and one of the nicest people it was ever my good fortune to meet ( I worked for years with the world authority on him and many of his Pop art contemporaries in MOMA Oxford Deputy Director Marco Livingstone . . . I was searching for my anecdote about the first time we met him and the fun we had at a private view my wife and he getting on so well and playing games with the faces at the event but can’t find it at the moment. A truly great artist! Will go down in the history books as a Master IMHO. Thanks for the appreciation Dell
Wow - You were extremely lucky to have actually met with him - I envy your time spent with him.
Both David and Peter Blake are my personal favourites from the 60s.
