Have we done this? . . . . . . . . . I don't care . . . . I loved Pulp and (alongside Neil Hannon in the form of The Divine Comedy) I have to thank my dear friend and colleague bookseller par excellence Sharon Murray who turned me onto both of them. [Did you know Hannon wrote "My Lovely Horse' from Father Ted? Along with the theme tune] Sharon was a special friend at the book chain we worked for and taught me a great deal not least about how to approach computers [essentially an attitude of "Play with the toys, they can't hurt you!")
'His 'n' Hers' is one of the finest albums ever written and is prolly in my top ten
Jarvis is a genius . . . . . . (as is Sharon)
