If you were inquiring about who the young lady is between Ringo Starr and George Harrison, that's Freda Kelly who worked for the Beatles running their UK fan club. This photo comes from the Magical Mystery Tour shoots where she was brought on as an "extra". After much fan pleading she recently wrote a book called Good Ol' Freda which was also turned into a movie that is also available on DVD.
