Speaking of Classics . . . . | Otis Redding - (Sittin' On) The Dock of The Bay

If you didn’t buy this when it came out then you just don’t get it!

(It was posthumous)!

Otis’ Facebook page says :

"When "(Sittin' On) The Dock of the Bay" was released in January of 1968, it heralded a change in direction for the King of Soul (TM), Otis Redding. Sadly, it was released posthumously, as Otis perished in a plane crash on December 10, 1967. 50 years on, we celebrate all that Otis achieved with this unforgettable tune. This new video hints at the references made throughout the song as Otis considered where he came from and where he was going - and what he wanted to do with his life as he wrote it. Sit back, relax, and enjoy."
