Birthday Greetings - Still On the Road!
Yes’n twice as curmudgeonly! (I have never forgiven him his appearance in Oxford’s New Theatre where he stood conducting his ‘band’ with his back to the audience the ENTIRE time! My brother a patient and terrifically tolerant man was fuming! He was spotted around town that day walking about and chatting with folk and went to a local Brown’s restaurant and was by all accounts charm personified, the waitresses were all terribly impressed. - this made the gig WORSE! HARRRUMPF!
