I was playing quite a bit of Raul Malo and The Mavericks and since his untimely death it had struck me what a fantastically beautiful voice from his own joyous Tex Mex unique voiced music to covering Kris Kristofferson standards and love songs, we will miss his soaring joyous voice - here a young YOUNG Raul and his band give it what for!
