PRIME UNDERGROUND!
Some great stuff (as ever over at Floppy Boot Stomp recently not least this from 1968 and a tidied if not remastered audience recording of the Velvet Underground as they should have been heard. This is actually really good quality and as the poster says we wouldn't post it if it wasn't at the very leats listenable, this is much more than that!

A note before downloading:
This is an audience recording that was apparently broadcast by WFMU-FM at some point. The sound quality is reasonably good, perhaps a little boomy at times, but otherwise quite listenable. This show is from near the end of the original lineup. Cale would be ousted from the group a few months later by Reed.
I think this is exceptional adn of course even though an audience recording it was broadcast so don't let that factor put you off. It is a most welcome addition to the Vaults . . . . . . .
