St. Vincent - Cover Versions, Volume 3: 2022-2026 | Albums That Should Exist

 I am really enjoying this series from Paul over at ATSE! I confess I wasn’t ever the biggest fan, I mean I found her really interesting but post David Byrne p[roject stopped checking her out for a bit but these covers’ project are really fun! Including the originals is a stroke of genius!

St. Vincent - Cover Versions, Volume 3: 2022-2026

Here's the third and final album of cover versions by singer-songwriter St. Vincent. Once again, a big thanks to musical friend Lil Panda for coming up with the idea and helping to put this together.

This time, the vast majority of the songs are unreleased versions, usually from concert bootlegs. The only officially released ones are the first three tracks, plus track 7. As usual, consult the mp3 tags for more sourcing details.

Also, if you think her version of "Running Up That Hill" sounds remarkably similar to the original by Kate Bush, that's because it's St. Vincent's vocals added to the instrumentation of the original. 

Even though most of the songs come from bootlegs, the sound quality is generally excellent.
