 Another really interesting historical album looking at Elektra and the home of Arthur Lee and Love to name but one (sic!)

Whether you were there or missed it the first time around and want to hear what the big deal was, Forever Changing is as close as we're likely to get to the sound of the Sixties in the 21st century. The dates don't match, but the cultural explosion was so extensive it couldn't be contained by the calendar, and here is audible proof. Some are predictable (The Doors - Light My Fire, Love - Aloneagainor) but some are unexpected (Joseph Spence, Incredible String Band, Spider John Koerner) and some are new to me (Cyrus Faryar covering Fred Neil's Dolphins!? Dick Rosmini?) but all in all a great collection and well worth the patience to download all of these gems
