Now this is fun and bright and summery!
Jeff Beck and Imelda May’s band
so some classics and some rockabilly!
Great fun, leaves a little bit to be desired over the quality and sounds like an audience recording to me but isn’t bad for all that. The sheer joie de vivre and set list more than makes up for what it lacks in sound quality. It’s still highly listenable and tremendous fun
Jeff Beck and The Imelda May Band - Live in London 2009 - soundaboard
Rippin’ Frog says:
"Veteran guitar legend presents a rocking romp through his record collection
accompanied by Irish chanteuse Imelda May and her band.
Towards the end of the show Beck invited Wood and Page to join him on stage.
The fact they were sitting in the balcony might have prevented them joining in,
although Beck had a bit of fun at their expense, claiming they were "too chicken".
