Heaven knows who was in this pick up band (nor how they knew what on earth they were doing? Anybody know? maybe the TV studios own musicians? They hardly seem to know what to expect but Chuck probably gave them the minimum of instruction "a vamp in G"?) but this is great live and back in the day in Europe straight from your tellybox!
