Elvis Costello - Miner's Strike Benefit Concert 1985-03-09 - London, UK (FM) - So Many Roads

I have said before I don’t normally post audience recordings anymore but this is historically of interest as it is in support of the Miner’s Strike of the time and seems apposite for the current moment when teachers, health workers, doctors, nurses and transport  rail workers are all on strike and the closest we have come to a general strike in years working as we do to a party of oligarchs alt right rich folks bleeding the country dry, poverty climbing and asylum seekers being blamed for all our very own everyday ills and whilst its a bit ‘thin’ overall it is a radio broadcast so well worth checking out!
