Louisiana and The Old New Orleans Sound - BUTTERBOY
so Butterboy occasionally referesh their posting and links and this is a favourite
Butterboy says
"What a Great CD collection this is. 100 songs of the New Orleans sounds. I love this album. It starts with Mardi Gras Mambo, a favorite at Mardi Gras time. Then you get I Wish Someone Would Care, by The Royal Queen of New Orleans "Miss Irma Thomas". She is a true New Orleans Treasure alongside of the likes of Fats Domino, Al Hirt & Johnny Adams. You get more Irma Thomas & several Fats Domino along with Louisiana Man by Doug Kershaw. You just can't find songs like Breakin Up is Hard To Do, by Jivin' Gene & The Jokers, and Mhatilda by Cookie & The Cupcakes. And so many more. "
4 CDs of Nawleans bliss!
