Anybody notice the rhythmic session going on here, there is some strange time signature stuff going on here under the basic track but what does anyone else think? His roots may go some way to explain the use of the percussion and what sounds to me like a tabla but it is nearly country meets avantgarde . . . . tragic loss and again someone who was taken from us by the AIDS outbreak.
